Mark Majewski joined Liguria Foods in 2017 as Senior Vice-President and General Manager.  Mark has spent over 30 years in the food business in leadership positions in general management, sales and marketing, finance and supply chain.  He has held general management positions in the US and UK with a proven track record of transforming companies into Market Leaders with industry-leading commitment to customer service.  Mark is excited to leverage the high standards that enhance Liguria Foods’ reputation as the premium dry sausage manufacturer and the consistent quality that sets the company apart.

Mark holds a B.A. from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.  Mark’s diverse experience in food – food ingredients, baking, beverage, and condiments – provides insight and experience to lead Liguria Foods into its next phase of growth.  Although he has never met a pizza he didn’t like, Mark’s favorite is a thin crust with spicy pepperoni and a spicy cup and char.


Joe Henry joined Liguria Foods in 2001 as a regional sales Vice-President and was promoted to the Senior Vice President in Sales and Marketing in 2012.  Joe has played a critical role in growing the company exponentially in the past seven years in revenue, profits and cutting edge innovation without compromising high quality, which customers know and love from Liguria. By establishing lasting customer relationships, Mr. Henry has grown the notoriety and recognition of Liguria products to a large scale national level.

By working in the foodservice industry for over 20 years, as well as holding a B.S. in Marketing from Colorado State University, Mr. Henry has fostered the entrepreneurial integrity and sales driven business-management practices needed to create positive customer experiences.  Mr. Henry strives to continue to grow Liguria Foods into a company that continues to deliver premium quality products fueled by passionate people and consistent performance.  Joe’s favorite pizza is hand-tossed crust with Liguria All Natural Pepperoni and Black Olives


Joe Christopherson joined Liguria Foods in 2013 as the Vice President of Operations. Mr. Christopherson brings over 20 years of dry sausage experience and has over a decade of experience working as a plant manager for large scale production plants specifically in the meat industry. Through ergonomic and safety improvements, new processing technology and improved process controls, he prioritizes employee performance and moral, as well as the quality creation of premium product yielding consistency and maximum efficiency.

With a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from University of Minnesota, Mr. Christopherson pulls from his education as well as years of workplace experience to produce the finest quality of meats while currently supervising over 100 employees at the Liguria production facility. Acting as current member of the Board of Directors for the Second Harvest Food Bank and holding various food safety, leadership and management certifications, Mr. Christopherson continues to challenge himself to be an exceptional leader, and uphold the high standards that is the pride of Liguria Foods.  Joe’s favorite pizza is thin crust with Liguria Spicy Cup and Char Pepperoni and Bacon.
